Mission Trips

Ask anyone who has ever gone on a mission trip, and they will confirm that mission trips are life changing. It is our hope at Saint Matthew’s that everyone will have the opportunity to participate in a mission trip. During the summer of 2017, we will be offering three trips for teens and adults.

Middle School Mission Trip - June 25 - July 1

Rising 6th-8th Graders
Clarkesville, GA
We’ll be going to Clarksville, Georgia, in the northeast Georgia Mountains. The families in these areas are struggling daily to acclimate to a new life in a new country. During this trip, we will reach out and minister to these children through summer camps and Children's Outreach Programs located in their own neighborhoods. Youth will also have the opportunity to work with these families through home improvement and repair projects. You won’t want to miss this trip. More details will be announced soon; scholarships always available. This trip is open to rising 6th-8th grade students and chaperones. For more information, email
