Share the Joy of Christmas With Someone You Love
Christmas at St. Matthew’s is filled with joy, beauty, music, and the hope God gives the world. If you love the Christmas experience here, imagine what it could mean to someone in your life who needs a moment of peace, community, or hope this season.
A simple invitation can open a door God has already been preparing. Most people say they’re willing to attend church at Christmas if a friend or family member invites them. Your invitation could be the one they’ve been waiting for.
Start with one or two people God puts on your heart, send them a text or card with a simple "I'd love for you to join me."

Send a Text/ DM
Here are two simple scripts you can copy and paste:
“Hey! I’m going to Christmas Eve at St. Matthew’s this year and I’d love to sit together. Want to join me? Check it out: stmtts.org/christmas”
“Our church’s Christmas services are beautiful and really fun for families. Want to come with us? I’m planning on going to (insert service time) stmtts.org/christmas”
Pick up a Christmas Invite Card
Sometimes the simplest invite is a card on a neighbor’s porch, a coworker’s desk, or handed to a friend.
You can pick up Christmas Eve invite cards on the table by the sanctuary doors every Sunday.
When you hand someone the card, just say "I'd love for you to join me." That one sentence makes all the difference
