A Matter of Balance: Free - Fall Prevention & Confidence Program


Are concerns about falling keeping you or someone you love from doing the things you enjoy?


A Matter of Balance is an evidence-based, 8-session program designed to help older adults reduce their fear of falling, build confidence, and stay active and independent.


Led by trained coaches in a small-group setting, each session includes practical strategies for reducing fall risks at home, group discussion and problem-solving, and light exercise to help improve strength and activity levels.


Class Dates: September 10, 14, 16, 21, 23 & 28; October 1 & 5

Time: 9–11 AM
