About the event
Join the Bread of Life Book Group at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Sterling for a Lenten book study exploring Seeking God: The Way of St. Benedict by Esther de Waal.
The Rule of St. Benedict has shaped Christian community life for centuries. Benedict’s vision calls for balance between prayer, work, study, and rest — all grounded in humility and devotion to God. Though written in the 6th century, his wisdom remains deeply relevant for modern life.
During Lent, we will gather weekly for thoughtful conversation, reflection, and encouragement as we explore how Benedictine spirituality can help us live with a steadier rhythm of faith.
All are welcome. No registration required.
