Women's Mindful Ministry

Feeling like life is always on fast forward? Take a break from the constant hustle and join us for Midweek Mindful Moment, a peaceful 30-minute Zoom session designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your intentions, and your community. Led by Zorana Rouse, this weekly meditation will guide you back to balance as we slow down together and embrace mindful moments in the midst of our busy lives.
