What to Expect at "Too Good to Miss"

This Lent, we invite you to a midweek pause. On Wednesday evenings, we’ll gather for a simple potluck soup supper, meaningful conversation, and shared practices that help us stay grounded in real life.

Too Good To Miss is a five-week Lenten series designed to help us live with greater intention, clarity, and faith when it matters most. Together, we’ll explore five key principles, shaped by decades of study and experience, and practical tools for focusing on what truly matters.

Rather than leaving growth to chance, this series offers a thoughtful way to move toward the person you sense God is calling you to be. There’s no homework and no pressure. Just space to breathe, connect, and grow alongside others.

What to Expect

  • Dinner is covered. Enjoy a warm, homemade potluck Soup Supper meal together.

  • Kids and youth will be engaged. Children will have fun Lent-themed activities while youth explore faith in a real and relevant way through discussions and games. Nursery care is also available.

  • Adults get a moment to breathe. A short reflection from Fr. Rob leads into casual, small-group conversations.

  • We end with peace. The evening concludes with Compline, a beautiful prayer service to calm the mind and soul before heading back into the week.
